Hong Kong residents who have not obtained the CuMask may collect it at post offices from October 5 to 31, the Innovation & Technology Bureau announced today.

Residents of public rental housing estates under the Housing Authority and rental estates under the Housing Society may collect the masks from their estate management offices.

Citizens should present their original Hong Kong identity card (HKID) to post office or estate management office staff.

Staff will input the person’s HKID number into a computer or handheld device and provide them with two adult-sized CuMasks once they confirm the person has not obtained one before.

Those who have already obtained a mask will be provided with one adult-sized CuMask.

The computers and handheld devices used by post offices or estate management offices will not store personal data.

Those who are unable to collect the mask in person may authorise others to collect it on their behalf.
